Our story of creation and joy

Welcome to Boodle Bug Crafts, where every stitch and loop tells a story. Discover the passion, care, and unique charm woven into each handcrafted item. Join us on a journey where creativity meets quality, bringing you joy with every purchase.

Our crafting journey begins

My journey into crafting began at about 8 years of age, ignited by a love for creating and guidance from my aunts who taught me to crochet and knit. As a teenager, a sewing class led to my first handmade dress, and from that moment on, I was hooked. Shopping for fabric and yarn became a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. My motto, "Keep Calm and Craft On!" truly reflects the joy I find in every project.

Handcrafted uniqueness just for you

What makes Boodle Bug Crafts special is that each item is truly one-of-a-kind. You won't find our creations mass-produced in a store; they are carefully handmade with a personal touch and exceptional quality.  I delight in choosing fun, whimsical, and unique colors and designs, ensuring every piece stands out. I am always looking for new patterns and ideas, but I also love making the popular items that customers have continuously requested over the years.

Crafting on the go: Our creative process

My crafting process perfectly suits my life! I've designed my craft room to be comfortable, fun, and highly functional. Organizing supplies is always a challenge, but I've become very creative over the years, utilizing bookcases, pegboards, and shelving units to keep everything tidy and accessible. What's even more fun is that my craft supplies travel with my husband and me in our motor home! I love the experience of creating new things while surrounded by new scenery and places, all with the comfort of knowing my cozy craft room will be waiting when we return home.

"I hope my customers feel that they have purchased an item that has been made with great care and love. I hope that they enjoy the uniqueness and creativity that the item provides and will delight in showing it to others."
